Our Team

Robyn Brown – Broker Associate – 209-603-6886 –
Robyn is a Broker Associate with Century 21 MM and has been in real estate for the past 16 years. She has had great success in real estate with some of her recent achievements including; top 500 realtors in the U.S last 3 years, Centurion producer with Century 21MM several years in a row. Robyn has lived in the Central Valley for the past 31 years and is a proud mother of five children and a grandmother of four beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys activities such as bike riding, skiing, reading, watching movies& traveling.

Robyn’s passion for working with individuals and families in accomplishing their real estate goals, which is the foundation of Robyn’s success. Robyn takes a personal approach with each client and tailors herself to their individual needs. With her clients in mind, she is constantly seeking to further her knowledge and skills to better serve their interests. She is a Local Listing Broker (LLB) with BLB Resources, which provides Asset Management Services for HUD. As an LLB, Robyn is responsible for listing HUD homes for sale and providing information to the community on the procedures, processes that are involved in purchasing a HUD home as well as teaching other agents, lenders & escrow officers the correct procedures for HUD transactions. With an increasing demand for her services, she has expanded her business strategy from the typical realtor to a diverse and innovative team approach. Although some in this field may advertise themselves as a “jack of all trades”, it’s important to remember that the rest of the adage goes “… but a master of none”.

Kaylee Brown- Team Lead & Buyers Agent – 209-918-7836 –
Kaylee is a Realtor with Century 21 MM, the Team Lead, and has been in real estate for the past three years. As one of Robyn’s children, she has gained second-hand experience which has been invaluable. She recently graduated from the University of California Davis and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

Kaylee has 2 little girls whom she enjoys taking to the park, teaching them new things and of course spoils them. She specializes in working with home buyers and has a passion for seeing them off into their new homes. As a dedicated buyer’s agent, Kaylee takes the time to make sure her clients understand the process of buying a home, time frames, current market conditions, disclosures, and spends considerable effort to understand the specific needs and desires of each client.

Furthermore, Kaylee makes herself available according to her client’s schedules and works nights and weekends to provide a wide base of showing opportunities. Mitchell Brown- Lead Quality Control & Operations Manager
Mitchell is a Realtor with Century 21 MM and has been in the real estate field for the past four years. He is Robyn’s oldest son and has a passion for the business aspect of real estate. Mitchell attended UC Davis University and received his Bachelor’s degree in History and is pursuing a teaching credential. 
Mitchell enjoys working on cars, fishing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. As the lead Quality Control and Operations Manager, Mitchell is responsible for property intake assessments, property valuations, routine property inspections and reports, and property accessibility. Mitchell exhibits accuracy, expediency, and efficiency to keep the team well informed and meet the needs of clients.

Amanda Pereira- Buyers Agent – 209-534-8884 –
Amanda has been a part of the team for the last 2 years doing various tasks and has gained invaluable knowledge. She now is a Realtor and enjoys assisting buyers to find the home of their dreams. Amanda enjoys creating value in someone’s life, simply by listening to them and helping them to make major life decisions. She’s in the business of building relationships based on trust – not just selling and buying homes. Amanda likes to use White Glove Service with every client – regardless of the size or value of a property. On Amanda’s time off she enjoys working out, reading, movies, and spending time with family & friends.

Maryellen Zavala- Transaction Coordinator – 209-614-6862 –
Mary Ellen Zavala has been with Century 21 MM Associates for 10 years working as a transaction coordinator. She handles all aspects of a transaction from listing to close of escrow. She has handled transactions involving REO”S, Short Sales, Traditional Sales, and HUD sales for top producing realtors.

Maryellen is self-motivated, dependable, her work ethics are impeccable, and she is an invaluable part of the team. Maryellen is married and has 3 children whom she plays a very active role within their schooling and extracurricular activities. As a family, they make Disneyland a yearly visit and also enjoy camping in new places each summer.

Myles is a marketing specialist and a great buyers agent, he has been working with the team for the last 2 years. He enjoys the creative side of marketing & loves social marketing the best. As our marketing specialist, Myles assists with social media marketing, blogging, desktop publishing (postcards, flyers, and brochures), virtual tours & our YouTube videos. Myles is our newest Realtor to join our team and he is very excited about getting started in the real estate field helping buyers find that perfect home! He’s known as “Smilin Myles the Smiling Realtor”. When Myles has free time he enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, working out, bike riding & attends a variety of events at Gallo Center For The Arts throughout the year.
